AutomationLinks Terms of Service Agreement

Acceptance Date: This Agreement becomes effective upon the Client's acceptance during the checkout process on the date of purchase on www.AutomationLinks.com, as detailed in the receipt of purchase emailed to both the Company and Client for reference.


Parties: This Agreement is between AutomationLinks ("Company"), located at 6421 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33604, and the purchaser ("Client") who agrees to these terms during the online checkout process.


Scope of Services: The Company shall provide the Client with website design, content marketing, and advertising services. The specific scope of services will be discussed and agreed upon on the Company's online store checkout page. The client is provided the opportunity to build their marketing package with AutomationLinks before checkout on this link https://www.automationlinks.com/store/


Service Delivery: The Company commits to providing services in a timely manner on a month-to-month basis, with communication regarding timelines to be conducted via email. Service delivery timelines and milestones may vary based on client responsiveness and external factors.


Client Responsibilities: The Client is required to provide materials, information, or access to platforms as needed. A scope of work will be provided via a Google doc, with efforts made to facilitate ease of submission by the Client.


Revision and Feedback: Up to three revisions per project are included. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope will result in a custom invoice for the extra work.


Intellectual Property Rights: All projects, websites, and marketing materials created will be fully owned by the Client upon payment and after the termination of the agreement.


Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any losses, damages, or expenses arising from claims related to the services provided, especially those resulting from client-provided materials. The Company will not be liable for any legal actions taken against the Client during or after the project completion.


Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these terms, with any changes to be communicated via a 30-day written notice emailed to the Client.

Termination Clause: Termination requests must be emailed to Contact@automationlinks.com with a 30-day notice. A migration and transfer of all projects and work may take up to three months post-termination.


Force Majeure: Both parties are relieved from fulfilling their contractual obligations in the event of circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.


Payment Terms: Services are billed on a month-to-month basis. No refunds are offered after 48 hours or two days from the purchase date once work has commenced. A 30-day notice is required for service cancellation.


Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.


Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding its subject matter, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

By proceeding with the purchase and accepting these terms, the Client agrees to be bound by the conditions of this Agreement as set forth by AutomationLinks.
