Frustration

When Michele first reached out to us she expressed how frustrated she was with her entire online system. Her website wasn't bringing in leads, her email follow-up was manual and she didn't even have her billing software connected to her website.

She was doubtful at first, just like many business owners we speak with. She had been promised amazing results from 3-4 other "marketing" companies and never saw results. This is the case for 90% of businesses we work with, it's our mission to finally, bring you results as you'll see below.

We then asked what she wanted for the final outcome - "I would like a website that brings leads in, automatically follows up with each lead and allows them to purchase during this funnel without me having to worry about following up with each lead. "

The Fix

Our first step in our 3 step framework is to make a perfect "System." We did this by creating a brand new website that not only had a better design but had our customized "Sales Funnel" flow implemented. This would allow Michele to get more conversions from her website, receive more information about the lead (what they want and need) and turn more leads into customers.

After the redesign of the new website, we connected all the software to make it a fully automated website funnel. A customer could come to the site, see that Michele would solve their pain points, fill out the multiple-choice form, schedule a class on her scheduling software and then pay for their monthly invoice.

The Future

Michele has not only increased her website conversions by 7% but she's increased her monthly sales, received invitations from bigger companies for more exposure, and has been able to start her  Consulting Gym System to help other businesses owners like herself start a kids program at their gym.
