Step One: Build A Marketing System You Can Actually Track
Step number one is we want to build a marketing system that we can actually track all of our leads. In our back end we see all of our visitors, all of our leads, all of our tracking. Because how are you going to know if something is working or not.
The next thing you need to do is build a blueprint, have some sort of system. Where are your leads coming from, what channels. Because you cannot just start marketing on all of them. What pages are they going to go to and how are you going to follow up.
We believe that a new visitor that has never heard of you before, does not like you, does not trust you, yet they have to see you 24 times on three different platforms before they do. That is what a blueprint is. This is our system.
We are going to identify today multiple things. Where your leads are actually searching and hanging out, what pages you need to send them to, how you are going to follow up with them and then how we are going to retarget them.
Now this looks like a lot, but I am going to break it down and we do have these full systems that you can use.
Instant Value Is The New Standard
Something major has changed this year. People do not want PDFs anymore. They do not want to watch a long course. They want instant, actionable items. And that is exactly what we did on our website.
What we did was we created a page on our website that allows somebody to actually build their chat bot and get instant feedback. They get instant gratification. That is what your ideal customers want. They want a tool, they want a calculator, they want something that they can download and see visually.
So what we do is we get these 200+ leads, building their own bot, going into our system. Now we can start retargeting them, following up, and building a better relationship. In fact, maybe you have already built your bot on our website as well.
Not everyone is ready to sign up for your offer, and not everyone is ready to pay you. So what you need to do is also build some other features, like newsletter signup forms.
On our page we allow people to join our newsletter. We also give them special offers and let them just pay. People do not want to be tricked anymore. They want real life tools, real calculators, real systems they can start using today.
Funnels, tricks, webinars, waiting for a call. Nobody wants to schedule a call with you anymore. They want instant results, instant tools and instant calculators.
Why We Use AI Tools And Calculators
We have been building systems on a software called Lovable. We build out AI tools, AI calculators, AI systems for businesses. My team of experts builds this out because we know no one wants your PDF, no one wants your guide, no one wants to schedule, no one wants to wait around for a webinar.
With AI, we can build tools and calculators to give them instant gratification. If you have an e-Commerce type business, you can build out interactive popup forms, and custom products builders in your Shopify store.
Now that we know your customer does not want what you are offering, we have to figure out ways to bribe them, to build a relationship with them, to get them to actually see the rest of your business and start trusting you.
Step Two: Identify Where Your Customers Are Hanging Out
Let us identify where your customers are hanging out. For us, we are B2B. We post on YouTube. YouTube builds trust. I think YouTube is the most powerful channel out there.
We want to educate. The best sales call I ever get is, hey Brad, I have watched all your videos, I am ready to get started. They see your personality, see that you are helpful and educational. And I know that 99.9 percent of people that watch these videos will never go and do them. So you can give away your best stuff.
My second favorite is X Twitter. You can see we get huge engagement. LinkedIn works because my B2B people are on LinkedIn. And then we write blog posts and track them all, and get them all into the system with AI SEO.
Where are your customers hanging out. If you are ecommerce, you want TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube shorts. If you are B2B you want LinkedIn, X (Formally Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube educational format.
Every day we post an education piece. This content comes from the pillar piece. We create a YouTube video, take the transcription, and create content everywhere else. The new system is building content not only on social media, but also on AI SEO. People trust ChatGPT and Grok results more than a Google result by about 22 percent.
You need a content hub. You need to generate a pillar piece and distribute across all channels.
If you are brand new you have to do this yourself. If you are over 5,000 a month you hire a virtual assistant. If you are over 50,000 a month hire someone full time. If you are over 100,000 a month you hire a company like us.
Step Three: Build Your High Converting Landing Page
After you build content everywhere, you need to send them somewhere. This landing page must be simple. We do not use schedulers anymore. You either fill out the page and get access to the system or you pay.
We allow someone to sign up and get access to the system. If they want access to the software, they fill out the information and buy. I am giving something of high value. A software. Instead of wasting time on schedules or webinars, let them buy and get access immediately.
You have to get their name and email. You have to pixel them. Then the retargeting begins. This is our highest converting landing page we are using right now https://www.automationlinks.com/system.
Step Four: Email To Build A Relationship
As soon as someone gives their name and email, you must follow up. We have a flow. You get an automated welcome email. If you open it you stay in the inbox. If you do not open three in a row you disappear.
These must be personal. We check in. We give quick education. We remind them. We hook them. We tell stories. We get them back to the site.
You can give them a special offer. But do not keep pushing sales. You want them to remember you.
After this, send them to your newsletter. Let them hear from you every week.
Step Five: Retargeting Ads Everywhere Your Prospect Looks
After someone hits your site, it is time to retarget. We use DataShopper. You can collect full data. You can see every page they were on. You can see their source. You can see if they came from Google, SEO, Twitter, X, or anywhere else.
Then you retarget on X, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
You do not need a lot of money. If you only focus on reach ads, authority ads, retargeting ads, it is pennies per click. Many of my ads get views and followers for 3 cents. You are not trying to get them to buy from ads. People buy from the chat, from the link in your bio, from your emails, from YouTube videos. Ads make them trust you.
We turn organic posts into ads. If a post does well, we run it. Same for LinkedIn. Same for YouTube. Never boost. Only run ads to people who have hit your pixel.
Step Six: Build Relationships Organically
After they pay or sign up, they hit your thank you page. We ask them to subscribe to YouTube, follow on Twitter, connect on LinkedIn, and follow on Instagram. I ask what their channel is so I can follow them back. If they see that you followed them, liked posts, commented, or replied to comments, you build brand trust.
This creates referrals. This creates authority. This creates the moment where someone says, I have a guy.
Some people pay in one day. Some pay after a month. Some after a year. Some after three years. They watch. They learn. They trust. They are ghosts. They never comment. They never like. They just watch. And that is what you want. You want someone to see you everywhere until the day they decide they need you.

This is exactly what we are doing. This is the system we build. If you are starting out you do this on your own. If you are around the $5k to $10 thousand range you hire a virtual assistant. If you are over $50 thousand you hire us or someone like us to build all of these systems.
