How to Distribute Your Content Across 15 Websites for SEO and ChatGPT Rankings

If you have any type of business, you need to start distributing your content everywhere to be picked up by AI search results.

That is the whole point of this.

You create a topic. You create the answer. You create a video around it. You use your video to then create the pillar piece, which is your blog. You embed the video into your blog. Then you take that transcription and create posts that go across all the different channels. Then you request indexing. Then you start showing up at the top of Google, ChatGPT, and YouTube.

Yes, it seems like a lot. Yes, it is a lot. That is why most business owners are not doing it. That is also why this works.

My name is Brad Smith, owner of AutomationLinks. I have been doing marketing for the last 10 years and worked with over 3,000 brands. Ten years ago I was ranked number one on Google. Three years ago, ranked number one on YouTube. Now through social signals we are able to publish content for ourselves and our clients across multiple channels to show up as the recommended search on ChatGPT.

If you want to shortcut some of this, you can start here. If you want the exact system we use to generate leads and follow up, go here: Famous Follow-Up.

    Start With the Pillar Piece

It all starts with the blog and the YouTube video.

Your blog is your pillar piece.

Your video goes into the blog.

You identify this is a common question your ideal customers are asking. You create the resource. You show some other ways they may be asking. Then you create the answer.

You create a video because AI search results trust video content more than any other channel because it is authentic and real. You create a personal video to build that relationship and get shown. Then you publish it across all the channels.

    That is how this starts.

Not with random posting. Not with hoping. Not with staring at the screen and wondering why nothing is happening.

It starts with one topic, one answer, one blog, and one video.

Why AI Search Pulls From Multiple Sources

When you go to ChatGPT and search for a topic, look at the sources that it is pulling from.

It is pulling from YouTube videos. It is pulling from articles. It is pulling from trusted sources. It is also pulling from sources like Reddit.

    That is the signal.

AI is going to pull from the business that has the most content around the topic.

    So what did we do?

We created a YouTube video. We created a blog post. We answered a Reddit post. Then we started answering through all social media channels.

That is why this works. You are not just posting to post. You are building trusted sources around one topic.

    You are building social signals.

    What Social Signals Really Are

These channels are what AI recommends you publish to, to build up your social signals. What they are called is actually backlinks.

Backlinks are a link from a trusted source sending traffic to your site. That is going to build your site up higher to be more trusted.

    So yes, social signals matter.

    Yes, backlinks matter.

    Yes, your blog matters.

    Yes, your video matters.

Everything should be pointing back to the pillar piece.

That means your blog on your website, with your video embedded into it, with your answers, with your FAQs, with your trusted links, becomes the place that everything flows back to.

    That is the play.

The Channels You Need to Publish On

Once you create your topic on your blog and create your video, you need to go right down the line and publish on all of these channels.

    • Google My Business.
    • Google Merchant if you sell products.
    • LinkedIn.
    • LinkedIn Articles.
    • X.
    • X Articles.
    • Social media channels.
    • Pinterest.
    • Medium.
    • Substack.
    • Quora.
    • Reddit.
    • YouTube.
    • Your directory listing.
    • Your blog.

You need to be posting on all of these because they give you trusted backlinks back to your site.

Do not worry about how many views, how many likes, how many comments.

Yes, you are doing this to build social awareness.

But you are also specifically doing this to build those social signals.

That is why a lot of people quit too early. They think no likes means no value. Meanwhile the search results are over there saying thank you very much, we will take those trusted links.

How to Turn One Video Into Content Everywhere

Once you create your video, you can use AI to use the transcript from your video and create content for all of these channels.

That is where the speed comes in.

You do not need to sit there and stare at 15 empty boxes asking yourself what to say on every platform.

    You already said it.

    It is in the video.

Now use the transcript from your video and create posts for all of these channels. They all should be pointing back to the blog on your website.

    That means:

    1. Your X post links back.
    2. Your LinkedIn article links back.
    3. Your Reddit answer links back.
    4. Your Google My Business post links back.
    5. Your directory listing links back.
    6. Your short form video links back.
    7. Your email links back.

Everything points back to the pillar piece.

Why the Blog Matters So Much

Your blog is where the trust starts to build.

    • That is where the video lives.
    • That is where the answer lives.
    • That is where the topic lives.
    • That is where the FAQs live.
    • That is where the links live.

So when Google and Bing and AI search results go looking, they see the full answer in one place.

That is why the blog is your pillar piece.

And yes, if you watched the earlier steps, you already know this. But this is the step where it all starts paying off.

You took one video and turned it into an actual system.

That is a lot different than posting one time and hoping the internet falls in love.

Use a Trusted Listing to Build More Traffic

If you want a shortcut to this, you can set up a free listing on AutomationLinks and start sending traffic to that listing page.

We already have hundreds and thousands of backlinks to our site. So when you create posts there, those posts can be published and start sending you traffic from Google, ChatGPT, and YouTube to your listing page.

That is powerful because once you start publishing content to all these channels, the results start trusting you, your business, your brand, your personal or company brand more and more and more.

    That is the compounding part.

    Not very exciting at first.

    Very exciting later.

How to Request Indexing So It Gets Picked Up Faster

Once you create your topic, your blog, your videos, and you have published them to all the channels, you need to go tell Google and Bing and AI that it is actually out there and it is live.

    So what do you do?

    You copy the URL.

You go over to Google Search Console.

You paste that new blog link at the top.

    You click request indexing.

That is going to tell Google you have a new blog. It will actually even scan for the YouTube video as well.

Then you go over to Bing Webmaster Tools.

You put it in under URL inspection.

You click request indexing there as well.

That is just a faster way to make AI searches, Bing, Google, and ChatGPT all recognize that pillar piece is published.

A Simple Step by Step System

    Here is the system.

    1. Find the topic your ideal customer is asking.
    2. Create the answer.
    3. Create the video around it.
    4. Create the blog around it.
    5. Embed the video into the blog.
    6. Use the transcript to create content for all the different channels.
    7. Publish on the trusted sources.
    8. Link everything back to the blog.
    9. Request indexing in Google.
    10. Request indexing in Bing.
    11. Keep publishing.

That is how you start showing up at the top.

That is how you get more traffic for your brand.

That is how you get more leads from ChatGPT and other AI searches.

What to Do if This Feels Like a Lot

Yes, this seems like a lot.

So start doing this on your own for a few hours a week.

Then get a virtual assistant to help you schedule and post this.

Then when you get to the next level, hire someone full time.

Because somebody that finds your business from a ChatGPT result is going to trust you more than a normal Google result.

That is why this pays off in the end.

Once you start seeing that tracking coming into your site from visitors coming from ChatGPT, you are going to get excited and want to keep posting more.

Funny how that works. Traffic has a way of improving motivation.
